Mike Hunter
Mike has over 40 years global experience in management, consulting, strategy, sales, marketing, IT, finance and delivering over 50 large scale change and transformation programmes. He has been a Partner with PA Consulting Group, European CFO at AT&T, and European Head of Consulting at TCS, and Cognizant, as well as working for Price Waterhouse, British Aerospace, Apple Computers, a Global oil services company, and delivering to over 25 Fortune 500 clients.
Mike has a track record of growth for clients. His goals have always been to help clients and companies grow and overcome their biggest challenges.
Mike’s many delivery accomplishments include:

the delivery of a 60% performance improvement in 15 months in a nuclear facility;

leading and delivering over 50 ERP programmes, including a 130-country roll-out;

creating a $1 billion new revenue stream for global technology company

leading the largest core banking transformation programme in North America

reducing time to market for new products for a major Global bank from 9 months to minutes
Mike established K2 Consulting Partners in 2014 to create a new model in consulting that addresses many of the issues he has seen first-hand in both consulting firms and clients. The core principles and values of K2CP are built around our goals and to provide clients with a realistic alternative to the traditional consulting firms and SI.

Laurie Stephens
Laurie has 35 years of industrial and consulting experience in the Manufacturing and Engineering sectors, and is recognised as one of the UK’s leading specialists in those sectors as well as a respected consulting practice developer and leader.
Having begun his professional career as a Design Engineer with a Belfast based heavy engineering firm, he moved into consulting in 1989 when he joined Accenture’s Products Division in London, and has since held senior executive roles with other leading consultancies including EY and Capgemini, where he led their highly successful Supply Chain practice.

A recognised expert in business transformation, operational performance improvement and large-scale programme and change management, Laurie has successfully led some of the largest, most complex change programme in his sectors – as well as some of the smallest – and his clients have included many of the world’s leading firms.

Steve Barber
Steve has worked in the consulting industry for over 30 years helping clients develop and implement transformation programmes. With a wide range of experience across business, digital, ERP and IT transformation, Steve brings a breadth and depth of knowledge across multiple industries.
Steve has held senior positions at Accenture, WNS and within industry, during which time he has delivered over 20 major ERP programmes globally, with clients ranging from multinationals to small manufacturing companies.
With the next generation of Digital Operations Platforms evolving, Steve focuses on enabling digital transformation, often incorporating an ERP, in businesses responding to the challenge of B2B and B2C convergence through the development of integration, automation, advanced analytics and machine learning.
His specialities include digital transformation, large scale programme management, finance performance management, post-merger integration and divestment.

Michael Darani
Michael has worked in the consulting industry for over 25 years helping companies maximise benefits from their transformation programmes by building relationships and solutions whilst working with senior executives.

Having begun his career as a Business Analyst, this culminated with his appointment to Managing Partner at Computer Sciences Corporation Consulting UK in 2013. Aligned to his practice management responsibilities, he was also responsible for the Oracle ERP/BI solution portfolio focussing on Cloud and SaaS offerings. In addition, he conducted consulting and solution governance assignments to ensure projects were delivered to the highest standards.

Since 2016, Michael has worked as an Independant Consultant and Advisor to help clients deliver key transformation initiatives to increase revenue, mitigate risks, optimise operations and reduce costs. His experience allows him to help clients build high performance teams and manage their delivery partners to successful outcomes.
