
Mike has over 35 years global experience in management, consulting, strategy, sales, marketing, IT, finance and delivering over 40 large scale change and transformation programmes. He has been a Partner with PA Consulting Group, European CFO at AT&T, and European Head of Consulting at TCS, and Cognizant, as well as working for Price Waterhouse, British Aerospace, Apple, a Global oil services company, and delivering to over 20 Fortune 500 clients.
Mike has a track record of growth for clients, and in building and leading consulting practices globally. His goals have always been to help clients and companies grow and overcome their biggest challenges.
Mike’s many delivery accomplishments include the delivery of a 60% performance improvement in 15 months in a nuclear facility; leading and delivering over 30 ERP programmes, including a 130-country roll-out; creating a $1 billion new revenue stream for global technology company; and leading the largest core banking transformation programme in North America.
Mike established K2 Consulting Partners in 2014 to create a new model in consulting that addresses many of the issues he has seen first-hand in both consulting firms and clients.
Steve has worked in the consulting industry for over 30 years helping clients develop and implement strategies for transformation. With a wide range of experience across business, digital and IT transformation, Steve brings a breadth and depth of knowledge across multiple industries.
Steve has held senior positions at Accenture, WNS and within industry, during which time he has delivered over 20 major ERP programmes globally, with clients ranging from multinationals to small manufacturing companies.
With the next generation of Digital Operations Platforms evolving, Steve focuses on enabling digital transformation in businesses responding to the challenge of B2B and B2C convergence through the development of integration, automation, advanced analytics and machine learning.
His specialities include digital transformation, large scale programme management, finance performance management, post-merger integration and divestment.
Roger Leads the Integral CRM consulting practice at K2 Consulting Partners where his sole aim is to enable customers to get the best possible value from their investments in CRM, through a combination of behavioural change and optimised software deployment.
Since pioneering market intelligence, database marketing, GIS and early CRM at BT in the 1990’s Roger has gone on to lead consulting practices at Cap Gemini and PA Consulting, before founding his own company, Intelligent Linking, in 2010 and joining K2 Consulting Partners in 2022.
He published research into Customer 4.0, ‘the customer led economy’ in 2015, and is currently working with, Professor Leslie Gadman on defining the role of Integral Thinking in business, and particularly in the context of relationships.
